Care & Handling
Great flowers deserve a great first 24 hours. A few notes on getting the most life out of every box — with a per-variety conditioning note on each product page.
On arrival
Unpack promptly, give every stem a fresh angled cut, and get them into clean water as soon as possible. The faster flowers go from box to bucket, the longer they perform.
Water and temperature
Use clean buckets and cool, fresh water with flower food. Keep conditioned flowers cold until you need them. The cold chain you receive them in is the cold chain worth maintaining.
Variety notes
Some flowers want deep water, some want shallow. Some need a few hours to hydrate before they show their best. Each product page carries a short conditioning note specific to that variety.
