FAQ

Who can buy from Picaflora?

Anyone. Our seasonal drops are available to the public. Trade accounts — for florists, designers, event firms, and retailers — get access to our full wholesale catalogue at trade pricing.

Do I need an account to order a drop?

No. Drops are sold to anyone — wholesale quality, no minimum.

How do trade accounts work?

Apply through our Trade Account page. Applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, you log in to see the full catalogue, weekly availability, and wholesale pricing.

How often do drops happen?

Seasonally. Each drop is tied to what's in peak season — peonies in summer, tulips in spring, dahlias in late summer, and so on. When the season ends, the drop closes.

What if my drop item isn't available?

Because flowers are seasonal, occasionally a confirmed item falls short of grade or sells through. If that happens we'll contact you about a substitution before your order ships — you'll never be surprised on delivery.

How are units priced?

Drops are priced as bundles (e.g., 10-stem peony bundle, CAD $66). Wholesale products are priced per bunch or per box, with stem length and grade stated clearly.

Do you deliver to my area?

Delivery areas and rates are shown at checkout. If you don't see your area, contact us — we're often able to help.

What's your claims policy?

Flowers are perishable, so claims work on a short timeline. Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to make it right.
